Prémio Globo de Ouro para Melhor Canção Original foi atribuído pela primeira vez em 1962 e tem sido atribuído anualmente desde 1965 pela Associação de Correspondentes Estrangeiros de Hollywood. O prémio é concedido para os compositores de uma canção original escrita especificamente para um filme. Os cantores não são creditados, a menos que tenham participado na composição da música ou letra.
