Philippe Élie Gabriel Parrot ( Excideuil, Dordoña, 13 de mayo de 1831 - París, 14 de mayo de 1894 ) fue un pintor francés.
Biografía Alumno de la Academia Suiza en París, debutó en el Salón de 1861. Estuvo entre los artistas del círculo de Sarah Bernhardt,Anne Martin-Fugier, Comédienne. De Mlle. Mars à Sarah Bernhardt, Seuil, 2001, 416 p. (en ligne). cuyo retrato de cuerpo entero pintó en 1875.
Su hermano, Joseph-Marie-Jules Parrot, fue un pionero en pediatría .
Una subasta póstuma dispersó el contenido del estudio de Philippe Parrot en junio de 1894 .
Una calle de Périgueux honra su memoria.
